simply consuming lots of calcium-rich foods and beverages – why does
the United States population suffer greatly from this disease?
Americans certainly consume lots of calcium in foods (and supplements!).
So, once and for all, let’s fully expose a couple myths…
Myth #1: And, this is a myth of epic
proportions: that a lack of calcium (in the bones) is somehow linked to a
lack of calcium in the bloodstream or diet. This is completely false
and, yes, good science backs up this statement.
