The dogs crime? Being homeless. Caught and caged until time to kill them the homeless dogs are roughly pulled by the neck with a catch pole. The dogs bravely fight for life and one manages to break free in a bold fear induced attempt to escape. The dogs are brutally and forcefully struck then choked via the pole. Once held down the dog is shot in the head. One can only imagine the fear each dog feels wondering what it did wrong to be treated so cruelly.The most insulting issue other than the evil treatment is who is inflicting it.The murders are carried out by government funded "shelters" where the dogs are kept until killed. This is a black mark on Romania that needs to be brought out into the light for all to see..they are the Big Shame of the EU!
