ACTION:PETITIONS POUR LES BISONS

As we enter the Summer Solstice, America's last wild buffalo continue to be assaulted by the Montana Department of Livestock (DOL). There are, however, three mama buffalo and their calves, along with a bull, that have so far dodged every attempt the DOL has made against them. As of this writing, they remain on the buffalo-friendly property of the Galanis family, on Horse Butte. Other groups of buffalo have not been so lucky, as the poem and new BFC video below so poignantly demonstrate. After experiencing these words and images, you will want to do something about it -- and there are three new take action items below.

June and buffalo fur clings to sagebrush shedding light on their presence as the earth spins near the long day and grass knee high.

        1.    Tell Congress to protect our last wild buffalo!

        2.  NEW! Urge Interior Secretary Sally Jewell to change federal policy and protect the buffalo

        3.  NEW! Urge Montan's Governor Steve Bullock to champion wild, migratory bison
