ATTENTION CRUEL

In recent years, whistleblowing employees have repeatedly exposed animal abuse, food safety threats, unsafe working conditions, and environmental problems at industrial agriculture operations. Unfortunately, the response has not been to prevent the abuses, but instead to try to prevent the American public from finding out about the abuses in the first place. In fact, the agricultural industry has introduced "anti-whistleblower" bills in an attempt to hide animal cruelty on farms.
These bills would criminalize important undercover investigations, including our own investigation at horse trainer Jackie McConnell's Tennessee facility. Our whistleblower recorded horses being whipped, kicked, shocked in the face, and intentionally burned with caustic chemicals. As a result of the investigation, a federal grand jury handed down a 52-count criminal indictment and a state grand jury indicted three people for 38 counts of criminal animal cruelty.
TAKE ACTION TODAY
Pledge with us, and animal lovers nationwide, to protect animals from dangerous anti-whistleblower "ag-gag" bills
