HERKIMER - State Police in Herkimer have arrested two men on charges of sexual misconduct, after being caught on camera.
Police say the owner of a local farm was concerned that his cows were not producing and seemed anxious. After setting up video surveillance in his barn, the owner contacted state police after video revealed his cows were being abused.
Further investigation revealed that 35-year-old Michael Jones from Ilion agreed to videotape 31 year-old Reid Fontaine as he allegedly attempted to have sexual contact with several cows.
Both men were arrested and charged with misdemeanor sexual misconduct, and released on an appearance ticket.
