Meteorologist Joe Cioffi updates Hurricane Irma. Irma has begun to move toward the north northwest away from the north coast of Cuba and toward the Florda Keys. Satellite loops show a very tight eye developing. Winds in the Florida Keys are gusting to hurricane force.
