ACTION PETITION POUR LES BEAGLES, CONTRE L' EXTENSION D' UN ELEVAGE DE BEAGLES DESTINES A LA VIVISECTION

Last month, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Greg Clark, shamefully approved a planning application to build a new facility where puppies would be bred for the vivisection industry. His decision disregarded the wishes of local authorities, public opinion and the voices of thousands of compassionate PETA supporters.
But it's not over yet.
The company behind the application, American-owned B&K Universal, still needs a licence from the Home Office before it can start breeding animals at the facility in Grimston in East Yorkshire.
Disgracefully, in a decision that lacks scientific credibility, the Home Office have already stated that the company does not need to provide the beagles with outdoor runs, despite the law requiring them wherever possible.
Beagles are vibrant, active, fun-loving dogs who should not be forced to churn puppies out in a barren, concrete, windowless breeding factory.

Sign our letter to Theresa May, Home Secretary, urging her to do the right thing for dogs by refusing to grant this unethical facility an establishment licence.
