LE COMBAT POUR EN FINIR AVEC CES TRANSPORTS D' ANIMAUX VIVANTS VERS LA MORT DANS DES PAYS LOINTAINS

Compassion in World Farming’s Investigation Unit, working with Eyes on Animals and the Animal Welfare Foundation, has uncovered shocking footage of the trade in live animals from Europe to Turkey.
With your support, we are fighting to end all long distance animal transport. Stopping the export of animals from the EU is a vital step in this campaign.
Please act now to stop this trade by sending our document summarising the animal welfare problems involved, to the EU Commissioner, Dr Tonio Borg. This evidence shows the clear need for an end to live exports from the EU to non-EU countries.
Bull gazing through truck bars
Recent undercover investigation uncovered shocking footage.
PLEASE ACT NOW.

Day after day of living hell

In late 2012, investigators working for Animal Welfare Organisations across Europe witnessed animals travelling huge distances crammed into overcrowded trucks, often to be slaughtered in conditions that would not comply with EU law.
In one case, animals were stuck at the Turkish border for 6 days due to defective paperwork. Having already travelled 2600km from Latvia, they had a further 2000km to go before reaching their final destination: slaughter in Iraq.
Together, we must put a stop to these horrific journeys. Please act now to call for an end to this cruel trade.
Take Action!
